The industrial sector is very important for the Iranian economy in terms of employment and exports and choosing an industrial site is one of the key critical decisions in the process of setting up, expanding or relocating all kinds of industrial systems and one of the most important and longest decisions that, operational managers are faced with, Deciding on the location of the new industrial facility. Based on this, the aim of this study was to choose the suitable location for industries based on swara and fuzzy methods in Kermanshah province and in the GIS environment. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and analytical in terms of nature and method. In this study, multi-criteria decision-making models have been used to evaluate land suitability to suggest suitable locations for industrial areas in Kermanshah province. Geographic information systems (GIS) and multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) are combined to specifically Identify the suitable areas for industries. To determine the best industrial site, ten criteria were used. The selected criteria were determined by Collecting experts’ opinions and using the Swara technique. These criteria include the distance from surface water, Slope, distance from urban and rural areas, distance from road, protected areas, distance from fault areas, land use type, temperature and rain map. Then all the criteria were entered into Gis with the same format and standardized. The results of this research show that, From the total area of 24640 square kilometers of Kermanshah province, 9.11 percent, equivalent to 2224.37 hectares at a completely suitable level, 26 percent, equivalent to 6414.09 hectares at the appropriate level, 18.69 percent, equivalent to 4606.09 hectares at the level of Indifference, 26 percent, equivalent to 22.6393 hectares in an unsuitable level And 14.5%, equivalent to 3574.80 hectares, are located at a completely unsuitable level for establishing industries in Kermanshah province.

The villages targeted for tourism each display a particular form of rural life, art, culture and heritage in rural areas. In the process of selecting the most suitable village for tourism, according to the criteria of good governance, , Decision makers did not use multi-criteria decision-making methods to select the village. Therefore, this article aims to create a framework for selecting villages in the process of selecting the most appropriate village for tourism based on the swara-aras-mcdm framework. The focus of this article is on identifying the criteria of good governance and ranking the target villages of tourism in Paveh city based on selected criteria. To measure good governance in this study, 8 criteria of transparency, accountability, rule of law, participation, accountability, effectiveness and efficiency, consensus and legitimacy, equality and inclusion were used. The present research is applied in terms of purpose, mixed in terms of research method, descriptive-analytical in nature and based on elite questionnaire in terms of tools. A team consisting of three experts was formed to determine the weight of the criteria. The swara method was used to weight the criteria and the aras method was used to ranking the options in relation to the most important criteria of good governance in the villages targeted for tourism in the study area. The results of Sawara method showed that the criterion of participation with a weight of 0.172 is the most important criterion of good governance in the villages of Paveh city and then the criterion of equality and inclusion with a weight of 0.154 is the second most important criterion of good governance and the criterion of accountability with 0.120. Transparency with 0.118, responsibility with 0.111, rule of law with 0.109, effectiveness and efficiency with 0.092 and consensus and legitimacy with 0.088, respectively. The results of calculating the Aras method also showed that Darian village with 0.859 has the highest overall importance and is in the first place, followed by Dasheh village with 0.769 in the second place, Khaneghah with 0.762, and Shamshir with 0. / 701 is in the third and fourth rank and Hajij Bozorg village is in the last rank with 0.686.

One of the key in the cultural heritage is value,because all that we do in terms of cultural,heritage,including,identification,protection and introduction;all due to the values that are inherent in cultural heritage. Considering the importance of this issue, research has been designed with the aim of recognizing and prioritizing the cultural heritage values in the sustainable development of the Uraman region.research is objective, applied, in terms of research method, mixed, in terms of nature, descriptive-analytical and tool-based,based on observation,interview and questionnaire.The statistical population is experts and experts in the field of cultural heritage and tourism in the region of Uraman,governorates and districts of the Uraman region and local administrators.In the first part of this research,a study was conducted to identify the cultural heritage values of Hooraman region,and documentary and interviews with experts and experts from the community.In the second part,in order to prioritize the cultural heritage values of the region in realizing sustainable development,identified capacities in the form of 11 values in a questionnaire entitled the importance of each of the values in realizing sustainable development, divided into three dimensions:economic,socio-cultural and biological The environment is designed and evaluated by community of experts,local elites and rural managers(146 people).Finally,based on the entropy technique, the weighting of the indices is based on the ranking of the values.The results of the research indicate 46 capacity in the form of 11 values in the region. Among these values, respectively, spiritual values with 358.5 points in the first rank, historical with 367.5 points in the second rank, architecture with 444.5 points in the third rank, entertainment with 497 points in the fourth rank, social with 520.5 points in the rank of Fifth, environment with 631 points, sixth place, education with 557.5 points, seventh place, biodiversity with 631 points, eighth place, visual with 672.5 points, ninth place, art with 675 points, tenth place and scientific value with 833 points. Eleventh place had the highest and lowest importance in cultural heritage mapping, respectively.
